At Wait What Now Creations, each item is made to order with care and intention.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at galarzaco1@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Please note: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as all items are processed quickly after purchase.
