At Wait What Now Creations, all items are made to order and processed with care.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping times vary based on location, but orders within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delays may occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues that are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
